Hello. I am Kim Daeil,
the CEO of DailyKing.
We have the 18th anniversary of founding
Phomein since its foundation in 2006.
Under the corporate philosophy ‘Safe Ingredient & Honest Food’
DailyKing established its local corporation rice noodle factory
Four Season in 2015.
It is producing and using its own newly-harvested rice noodles,
which is the only brand in Korea.
Also, by introducing the product blocking system through
the MOU with Hyundai Green Food in 2016, and acquiring the Vietnam
HACCP Certification and ISO 2200 International Certification,
it has continuously created the value of ingredient hygiene/safety
and menu quality.
And in 2024, we are still silently looking into the basis of taste,
which is not performed by anyone even though everyone can do it.
It is because we know that the essence of food is not its fancy naming or
new menu that grabs momentary attention, but invisible sincerity.
In order to create more delicious and cleaner taste,
we will always and stubbornly use the best quality ingredients
by going through dozens of tests.
To realize true rice noodles and Phomein with its original intention,
we will make the best effort for unchanged passion and great taste in 2024.
