hygienic manufacturing process and working environment.
We introduced the hazardous product prevention system through the conclusion of
an MOU with Hyundai Green Food in 2016, based on which only ingredients certified
for safety and freshness are supplied. We also make all our sauces in-house from scratch,
instead of purchasing readymade products.
All our sauces are prepared using our original recipes at a HACCP-certified
clean facility and supplied exclusively to our franchisees.
We will continue to refrain from using impersonal, mass-produced ingredients
and keep our working environment and process safe, transparent,
and stringent to appeal to the most discerning consumers and set our brand apart from others.
What is HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point)?
HACCP is an international management system that assures food safety from harvest to consumption.
HACCP-certified products are attached with a mark to identify that their safety and
credibility are endorsed by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. HACCP analyzes and prevents
potential hazardous factors across the entire process of ingredient sourcing, food manufacturing, and product distribution.
