It was our longstanding mission to develop and produce quality rice noodles to replace imported
rice noodles made with old rice, which were used by most brands in the market.

To this end, we established Pho Season, our local rice noodle production facility in Vietnam, in 2015,
based on our corporate philosophy "offering healthy food made with fresh ingredients".

Pho Season is a combination of "pho" (meaning "rice noodle soup") and seasoning, representing our motto to
manufacture the finest-quality products that can be enjoyed throughout the four seasons.

Pho Season has received HACCP and ISO 22000 certification
in recognition of its meticulous adherence to the highest food safety standards in every aspect of its business
from facility infrastructure and hygiene to employee training.
The safe and hygienic production of its herb bags and rice noodles made of newly harvested rice
has been internationally recognized.

Pho Season manufactures broth-seasoning herb sachets packed with nine different natural herbs and rice noodles
made with newly harvested rice developed with our exclusive technology.

We are the nation's only Vietnamese rice noodle soup franchise brand equipped with a rice noodle production facility
and capable of manufacturing rice noodles made with newly harvested rice, successfully enhancing our brand value.

Pho Season succeeded in developing rice noodles made with newly harvested rice,
tailored to suit the preferences of food lovers in Korea, based on fresh ingredients,
new harvest rice noodle production equipment designed in-house,
and our state-of-the-art production process achieved through years of R&D.

A considerable amount of time and research expenses were invested to develop
the engineering technology necessary to realize the pleasantly chewy texture of the noodles,
which is hard to achieve with newly harvested crops.

The Fresh New Harvest Rice Noodle manufacturing technology, perfected through hundreds of rounds of
testing to achieve the optimal color, fragrance, and glutinosity determined by the smallest changes
in timing and temperature for maturation, well reflects our passion and dedication.

PhoMein and PhoMein RED are Korea’s only pho franchises that produce and use HACCP-certified rice noodles
in the domestic pho market that is heavily dependent on imported rice noodles,
in which the origin of the ingredients and manufacturing processes involved are largely unknown.

Each herb sachet, exclusively developed and produced by Pho Season,
contains nine different carefully selected finest-quality herbs, from
star anise to coriander seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
The herbs in the sachet work to add layers of profound flavors to the broth,
while also enhancing immunity and keeping the cold at bay. Star anise,
in particular, is widely known as an active ingredient of Tamiflu,
a medication used to prevent influenza A and influenza B.

New crops all year round

Vietnam boasts the optimal climate and environment for the production of dried rice noodles. In particular, newly harvested rice can be sourced all year round in the Mekong Delta, where three rice crops per year can be farmed. We make dried rice noodles purely with newly harvested rice.

Pure and clean water

Water is a major ingredient as important as rice in our rice noodle production process. We only use water purified through Pho Season's advanced technology designed to remove over 70 contaminants including any traces of chemical residues and endocrine disruptors.

Exclusive machine-drying technology

Unlike other outdated rice noodle factories, Pho Season ensures hygiene in rice noodle drying using its exclusive machine-drying technology. This technology is the secret to the preservation of the product's beautiful pearly color and fragrance of freshly cooked rice from the new harvest.

Low-temperature maturation eliminates the need for the use of unnecessary chemical additives. Through low-temperature maturation enabled by our technological innovation, the tender yet pleasantly chewy texture of the noodles is realized.
